David graduated from Springfield Technical Community College with his PTA degree in 1973. He then went on to graduate in 1977 with a PT degree from the University of Kentucky.
        David has done several numerous presentations throughout the US and some foreign countries on the topics of treatment and prevention of back pain, neck pain and decreasing work place injury rates.
        Over the years, David has helped train employees at railroads, steel mills, underground coal mines, oil refineries, fire department companies and many government agencies in work place injury prevention.
        David has studied with some of the greatest PT’s in the profession. Stanley Paris, PT, PhD, FAPTA, Steven J. Rose, PT, PhD, FAPTA, Shirley Sahrmann, PT, PhD, FAPTA, Dennis Hart, PT, PhD, Mike Rogers, PT, MNFF, OCS, FFOMPT, Florence Kendall, PT, FAPTA, Dick Erhard, PT, DC, Robin McKenzie, PT, MDT, Dr. James Cyriax, M.D., M.R.C.P., F.C.S.P to name just a few.
        Most recently, David has completed the Transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at the University of Kentucky. He has specialized in the treatment of neck and back pain for 32+ years.
